Keeping Yourself Optimally Healthy during Flu Season: The Energetic Solution

Recently I have realized that most of my friends and the people I bump into are experiencing various stages of having the flu, and generally feeling icky and unwell. I honestly can’t express enough how important it is to keep your surroundings energetically clean, especially around this time of the year.

People with depleted energy (most people) are more prone to pick up one form of the flu or another. It’s a simple fact. Especially if you interact with a lot of people throughout your busy day.

When you have depleted energy, your aura is smaller (might even have some holes or tears), and thus you attract germs and viruses more quickly into your system. One way to make sure that you are less prone to catch some thing is by keeping your work or home environment as clean as possible.

Here are some great tips on how to keep your environment clean energetically and thus lessen the likelihood that you come down with a nasty bug. (A lot of this information you can find on the Pranic Healing website, but for those who just want some quick info without the hassle, I’ll post some here!)

How to Maintain an Energetically clean environment:

1. Play Om (one that preferably is a chant) for at least thirty minutes in the room. Om breaks up dirty clumps of energy from inside the room and even around and inside your own aura (if you are in the room as it plays). I play it as often as I can, and even when I am not home. It keeps the environment around me calm, peaceful, and clean. It’s a wonderful sound to use, and in fact, if you don’t feel like doing anything else but just this (or don’t have the time), it still does the job.

2. Put some potted plants around the room you are in the most, like your office space. Plants contain green energy (mainly) and green energy is known to break up dirty energy and clean the energy inside a room. I believe that Feng Shui also highly supports this method of energetic hygiene, and even though I am not well-versed in the study of Feng Shui, I do know that it is a simple trick that yields many benefits.

3. In a plastic bowl filled with water (perhaps 2/3 of it), pour in about a cup of salt, and place it inside a room. Now, even though that may sound a little wild, you can try to make this as inconspicuous as possible by getting a little creative with it. Try to put it behind a ficus or a piece of furniture. Why would you do this in the first place, you may ask? Well, the salt and water combo is the great secret neutralizer. Their function is to basically trap dirty energy. You place it in a corner of the room, and instruct it to capture all dirty energy from inside the room in it. It can be as simple as saying, “You are to capture all kinds of dirty energy from within this room and neutralize it.” It will still function well even if you don’t do it, so do whatever is more comfortable for you. After a period of 24 hours, empty the water out only in the toilet and flush. Never in the sink. Make sure it is a container that you don’t want, because once it is a salt bowl, it is always a salt bowl. You can wash it out when you are done, and if you want, you can do it all over again the next day. If someone in the house is sick, put it in their room to promote quicker healing.

I hope this helps those who have come down with anything and want to get better quicker or want to make sure it doesn’t happen again. It can also be a preventative measure, for sure. All comments and questions will be received very happily.

Stay clean and stay safe!

Blessings,

Ani

P.S. I am still in the middle of putting together the free e-book and some other projects that I have tacked on, so that is to come in the very near future. I am pretty excited! 🙂

High Vibrational (Frequency) Energy Versus Low Vibrational Energy

So, before really diving back into blogging about health and wellness, I want to quickly say that because of the way my life has been unfolding for me, I am going to add different segments to the overall composition of my blog.

What that means is that I will be covering, based upon my own experiences, all facets of the energetic world and what happens when a person becomes higher vibrational frequency and starts to ascend from three dimensional barriers and glamours.

It is certainly going to be a change from all of the subjects that I covered at first, but in order to be able to feel as though I am being honest and helping, I have to be honest about the course that my life is now taking and incorporate these new elements into this blog.

I hope that this will help many people who kind of accidentally stumbled upon the path to Ascension, because there were many things that I had to learn the not-so-fun way when I decided to become a helper and healer of the world.

Now, onto the topic… high vibrational frequency versus low vibrational frequency.

When you get into the different modalities of energy healing, you pretty quickly start to learn – through touch and intuition – how different energy feels. For example, lower energy, to me (when I sense it with my hands), feels grosser and sends sparks running through my hands. It can also feel sticky. Higher energy is more pleasant, and to me, it feels like being enveloped in a warm blanket. If that blanket is an electric one and makes your cells almost vibrate like crazy because the rate of vibration for higher energy is much more significant.

In my experiences, lower energy just feels uncomfortable, as well. My senses have sharpened to a very high degree, and now I can even sense when I am around a person of very low vibration, or even in the presence of a low vibrational entity, spirit, or demon. I get the tell-tale chills and my instincts inside me will yell out warnings and tell me to shield and protect myself.

Higher vibrational energies, however, stand out, to me, in a big way. Whenever I am in the presence of a person who is of a high vibration (they meditate, do yoga, are also working on elevating their energies/consciousness, etc.), they are vibrant and magnetic. They are charismatic in a real, non-showy way, and you get drawn to them because you can feel, on another level, that they have a lot of Source running through them. It is the same for when I am in the presence of high vibrational energies that you might call angels – there is a buzzing of energy that runs through my entire body, and you feel a lot of love, peace, and light emanate from them.

I have helped heal people primarily by asking such higher beings to assist in the healing, and since they are so close to Source, they help in wonderful ways. Some amazing things have truly happened to me during the past few months, and one of the key things that has helped me significantly – from stopping at any point, due to fear and indecision – has been the fact that one of my loved ones recently discovered that he is a clairvoyant and can see energy clearly. The things I can feel and hear, he can confirm for me, because he can see them clearly.

I have been so blessed to have someone like him – who can see all kinds of energy so clearly – help me out and guide me when it gets very overwhelming.

But, for people who are not as lucky, I would strongly suggest reading up on/or taking some healing classes. I don’t know of what the other modalities entail – such as Reiki – but I do know that Pranic Healing courses have been truly amazing at preparing me to really get the details down. I am not commercializing them in any way and I do not profit by making that claim, let me be clear.

All I do know, though, is this: in order for a person to be truly healthy – meaning physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually – more focus needs to be paid to the energy body of the person, rather than just the physical. We are all energetic beings. We have auras, chakras, and souls. As Paulo Coelho said, “I’m not a body with a soul, I am a soul with a visible part called the body.”

Being healthy means acknowledging that we are all souls, first and foremost. The rest is almost easy, when this aspect of it is digested fully and totally.

One of the easiest ways to come to accept this is by learning a modality of healing. Because once your hand chakras become sensitive and are activated, feeling energy becomes almost as automatic as breathing. It is also like an insurance plan, in some ways. You learn the different ways energy exists and is, and can be manipulated, but on top of that, you can also learn cool tips and tricks to heal yourselves and loved ones. By this point, I can’t even remember how many times I have healed myself rather than going to the doctor or taking medication.

It helps you rely on yourself more firmly, and that is a wonderful thing, dear readers. If you have any questions about any of the things I have covered up until this point, please don’t hesitate to ask. If you have any experiences yourself, you can also share them here!

Blessings,

Ani

P.S. I ask that you simply not take my word for it, for any of this, in a way. I never really understood what Buddha meant until I recently had one of my “aha!” moments in the shower, and simply got it. Only through personal experience and looking inside yourself for these truths, do they really ring out with a chime of certainty and light. Don’t look outside for all of the answers – go into the heart for clarity and guidance. I stumbled a few times because of simply taking other peoples’ experiences as gospel, when I should have  sought out the truth in my own unique way. We are all evolving spiritually at different rates, so one person’s truth might not be suitable for you, simply because you are not at that point yet, or perhaps have even surpassed it. Just my two cents.

“Do not believe in anything simply because you have heard it. Do not believe in anything simply because it is spoken and rumored by many. Do not believe in anything simply because it is found written in your religious books. Do not believe in anything merely on the authority of your teachers and elders. Do not believe in traditions because they have been handed down for many generations. But after observation and analysis, when you find that anything agrees with reason and is conducive to the good and benefit of one and all, then accept it and live up to it.”

I realized today that I haven’t posted anything in a couple of weeks, and wow! I was shocked, but I did have a good reason… I have finally taken the Level 1 Pranic Healing Class and got certified for it. 😀

In fact, I just took the course over the weekend, and it was so, so, so amazing. I believe that everyone should at least take the first level class, because the information is invaluable and can help you accomplish so many good things.

The lectures and in-class practices were very fun, and the instructor teaching the class was kind, open, and lovely. The three other people in the class were also really nice people, so the entire experience were more than pleasant.

I will say more about his later, and even talk about the power of mantras and chanting, but for now, here is the main Pranic Healing website link, going to the courses – some free, like the Intro ones – for you guys to check out, if you are interested.

Until later!

Blessing to all,

Okay. So I finally – FINALLY – signed up for a Pranic Healing class, because as I’ve been mulling it over and feeling it out, and really asking myself some important questions in the process… I really, really, really want to help people by healing them and teaching them. What better way to do that than Pranic Healing? What better way to help people in a way that is love-based and not out of trying to drive fear into their hearts so that they can remain inside their boxes and not ask the important questions?

The greatest anguish comes from fear. Fear is the ultimate sickness. It is most of your aches and pains, it is your diseases and your cancers – people unconsciously and unknowingly let fear hold the gun to their heads.

It’s just, I’ve found something that resonates with me to the very core of my being. And, funnily enough, after checking out Dr. Pillai’s Vedic Astrology website – which has a lot of neat, free features – I am even more convinced that I need to explore this deeply and not give it up as a passing fancy. Mainly, out of fear of change, and, perhaps, not fitting in.

Here is the quick link to the website I just mentioned: http://www.astroved.com/

After putting in my information, I was honestly shocked at how accurate most of the charts are (the good and the bad). But, most of all, I was floored when I read that my star name literally means “100 Healers” or “100 Physicians”… How amazing is that? It helped settle me in a way I didn’t expect. It said that the best professions for people born under that star sign is Surgeon, Physician, Astronomer, Space Engineer, Aeronautics, Writer, Medicine, etc.

I guess it’s meant to be? All that I know, dear readers, is that I will be keeping my fingers crossed, my spirits up, and my heart open as I navigate through these new waters.

There’s gotta be something to this. I can feel it. 😀

Love, as always,

Ani

P.S. If you guys need help with the Vedic charts, I’ll try as best as I can to assist you! I’m not that great at it (still learning) but I will help you out or point you in the right direction!

So, on Saturday, I wanted to go to the free Pranic Healing clinic and experience it for myself. However, once I let my mother know about it, my aunt, uncle, grandmother, and everyone else got interested.

Since I’ve been talking to them about it and they are interested in self-healing, naturally they wanted to tag along. My group of 1 turned into a group of six on Saturday, and it was, quite honestly, incredibly surreal that I had been able to talk such a huge and diverse group of people into the benefits of self-healing, and especially Pranic Healing. That they would come with me, mediate, and then see it for themselves, was nothing short of mind-blowing.

I had a smile on my face the entire time. 🙂 Only my aunt and I meditate and do yoga from this group, and the fact they are now so open to good, positive change, and to a higher, healing power, makes me feel incredibly blessed and happy.

Anyway, the entire thing was pretty fabulous. We did the Twin Hearts Meditation first in a group of 20 or more people for twenty minutes, then had our names called from a list to get healed/cleansed. The fact that the healers at DanceGarden in Los Angeles do this for free, and for whoever it is that drops by during the clinic, is inspiring. They are doing the work of God and teaching people the work of God. They also happen to be extremely nice and a lovely group of people, to boot.

My session was with a Healer named Claudia, and I could honestly feel the energy waves kind of gently move me as she cleansed by aura, and, at one point, I saw a burst of white light circulate in my vision – my eyes were closed – as she was putting in energy, I believe. She told me that I am very receptive and sensitive, afterwards, and we chatted about my decision to go into Pranic Healing.

To top it all off, I also met a Healer named Edward who was charismatic and affable and lovely all around, as well. I hope he will be my mentor, because I truly want to learn and heal people. (But first, fully heal myself, because there is still some tinkering to do.)

There is much more I want to say about this, but I shall do it later and in depth in my next post.

All in all, time well spent, and much was learned.

Talk to you lovely folks later,

Ani
