Okay. So I finally – FINALLY – signed up for a Pranic Healing class, because as I’ve been mulling it over and feeling it out, and really asking myself some important questions in the process… I really, really, really want to help people by healing them and teaching them. What better way to do that than Pranic Healing? What better way to help people in a way that is love-based and not out of trying to drive fear into their hearts so that they can remain inside their boxes and not ask the important questions?

The greatest anguish comes from fear. Fear is the ultimate sickness. It is most of your aches and pains, it is your diseases and your cancers – people unconsciously and unknowingly let fear hold the gun to their heads.

It’s just, I’ve found something that resonates with me to the very core of my being. And, funnily enough, after checking out Dr. Pillai’s Vedic Astrology website – which has a lot of neat, free features – I am even more convinced that I need to explore this deeply and not give it up as a passing fancy. Mainly, out of fear of change, and, perhaps, not fitting in.

Here is the quick link to the website I just mentioned: http://www.astroved.com/

After putting in my information, I was honestly shocked at how accurate most of the charts are (the good and the bad). But, most of all, I was floored when I read that my star name literally means “100 Healers” or “100 Physicians”… How amazing is that? It helped settle me in a way I didn’t expect. It said that the best professions for people born under that star sign is Surgeon, Physician, Astronomer, Space Engineer, Aeronautics, Writer, Medicine, etc.

I guess it’s meant to be? All that I know, dear readers, is that I will be keeping my fingers crossed, my spirits up, and my heart open as I navigate through these new waters.

There’s gotta be something to this. I can feel it. 😀

Love, as always,

Ani

P.S. If you guys need help with the Vedic charts, I’ll try as best as I can to assist you! I’m not that great at it (still learning) but I will help you out or point you in the right direction!

So, on Saturday, I wanted to go to the free Pranic Healing clinic and experience it for myself. However, once I let my mother know about it, my aunt, uncle, grandmother, and everyone else got interested.

Since I’ve been talking to them about it and they are interested in self-healing, naturally they wanted to tag along. My group of 1 turned into a group of six on Saturday, and it was, quite honestly, incredibly surreal that I had been able to talk such a huge and diverse group of people into the benefits of self-healing, and especially Pranic Healing. That they would come with me, mediate, and then see it for themselves, was nothing short of mind-blowing.

I had a smile on my face the entire time. 🙂 Only my aunt and I meditate and do yoga from this group, and the fact they are now so open to good, positive change, and to a higher, healing power, makes me feel incredibly blessed and happy.

Anyway, the entire thing was pretty fabulous. We did the Twin Hearts Meditation first in a group of 20 or more people for twenty minutes, then had our names called from a list to get healed/cleansed. The fact that the healers at DanceGarden in Los Angeles do this for free, and for whoever it is that drops by during the clinic, is inspiring. They are doing the work of God and teaching people the work of God. They also happen to be extremely nice and a lovely group of people, to boot.

My session was with a Healer named Claudia, and I could honestly feel the energy waves kind of gently move me as she cleansed by aura, and, at one point, I saw a burst of white light circulate in my vision – my eyes were closed – as she was putting in energy, I believe. She told me that I am very receptive and sensitive, afterwards, and we chatted about my decision to go into Pranic Healing.

To top it all off, I also met a Healer named Edward who was charismatic and affable and lovely all around, as well. I hope he will be my mentor, because I truly want to learn and heal people. (But first, fully heal myself, because there is still some tinkering to do.)

There is much more I want to say about this, but I shall do it later and in depth in my next post.

All in all, time well spent, and much was learned.

Talk to you lovely folks later,

Ani

Hi guys!

So, last night, before going to sleep, I remembered the controversial – back then – technique that Hill used whilst meditating, in order to bring clarity to himself (his thoughts, actions, and ideas) and gain a different perspective on all sorts of matters – whether it was financial, spiritual, or educational in nature, it was a collective mindfulness that he was seeking.

As I have said before, I try to keep an open mind and at least practice the things that I choose to write about, so that I comes from a place of experience, insight, and understanding.

But before marching ahead, let me quickly lay out what the Counselors Technique is.

Invisible Counselors Technique: First, you identify a definitive purpose. It can be about accomplishing a financial goal, becoming healthier, wanting to know more about a subject, or what have you. It can be about anything that you want to know and getter better insight on, or get a different perspective on. (I read about it a few months ago, so if this translation is a bit loose, forgive me.) Once you have clearly identified what topic you wish to gain a deeper understanding of, you imagine calling up a group of 5-10 influential and accomplished people in the that area you wish to address. For variety, you can have each person be successful in one certain area or aspect. Now, here’s the fun part: You get to choose any person, dead or alive, to come to your table, with you sitting at the head. People choose Einstein, Lincoln, Bill Gates, famous actors and actresses – you name it. If you admire that person and want to know something that you think they might be able to expound on to you (or drop a hint on), then you invite them to your table. Now, it’s fine if you believe that the body and spirit both cease to exist when the body dies, because you can still get something from this exercise. You can still, in a meditative state, have deeper access to your subconscious mind, and have it throw up some answers to you that you might’ve forgotten, or not even thought of applying in a certain way. It’s win-win. You thank them for joining you at the table, ask your question, and keep an open mind as stuff comes to you. It might be just one thing, so don’t push and get frustrated. You can also go person to person and focus on them to see what they might say/impart. Again, you might get one thing or you might get several. Either way, thank them for the help and close the “meeting,” and try it again another time.

Last night, I invited Master Stephen Co (Pranic Healer), Dr. Wayne Dyer, Esther Hicks, Joe Vitale, Steve Jobs, and Einstein to my table.

I asked them what I needed to do, other than the obvious, to reach full financial freedom – my highest potential – doing what I loved.

Well, I was pretty surprised at what I got back. Let me write it down as such:

Stephen Co: Heal people.

Dr Dyer: Nothing was imparted.

Esther Hicks: Her voice rang out it my head, clearly, saying, “Teach people how to dream, so that they can become real.”

Vitale: Share what you know with people.

Steve Jobs: Nothing was imparted.

Einstein: Trace the map of the curve.

Now, I was amazed at what was imparted to me by Esther Hicks (or my subconscious), because it was beautiful, and sparked into my head by itself seemingly in a heartbeat of a moment.

Einstein, however, confused me. I know the Laws of the Universe and the energy field, but my real knowledge of it is, admittedly, limited. When I googled it in the morning, I found out that it had to do with time not being linear but actually being curved. It was pretty amazing, because, it didn’t entirely – at the time – feel like something I was controlling, as the thought came to me. I stuck with it and kept my mind open, as it trickled in.

In conclusion, I found it to be very helpful, and even comforting. I suggest you try it, because the answers or hints you might receive might be life-changing, and get you going again, if you’re stuck.

I, certainly, will do it again. If I can remember to, that is.

Love, as always,

Ani

So I’ve been busy, busy, busy the past week and a half! I’ve decided to fully get involved with Pranic Healing (or Bio Energy Healing).

I’ve always wanted to be able to help people heal – mentally, physically, and spiritually – and I’m a natural teacher. Adding to what I already know is a wonderful way to do that, and I also absolutely love the scientific and spiritual elements that go into Pranic Healing.

I have so many friends and family members that I will be able to immediately help and heal by taking the courses myself and becoming an instructor/teacher.

It all comes down to this one thing: I want to help people. Pranic Healing is all about loving and healing yourself, then teaching other people how to do the same for themselves. You heal them, then they learn and they heal someone else, and it goes…

I’m reading Your Hands Can Heal You by Master Stephen Co and Eric B. Robins M.D., and it is one of my favorite books. Ever. The information contained therein is necessary for the perfect functionality of the body and soul. It should be given as a gift and taught in high schools. I’m going to buy a few more copies and give it to some of my loved ones. I already helped ease my grandma today by practicing simple Pranic Breathing exercises with her, and she actually felt better and more uplifted afterwards. She was in a great deal of pain before it.

The possibilities are endless.

I wish all of you well, dear readers. And I highly – HIGHLY – suggest purchasing the book for yourselves. It is an invaluable resource.

More when I get going!

Love as always,

Ani

Before I go any further in outlining the steps to living a happier, healthier life, I have to – simply HAVE to – talk about one very important thing: Shortcuts.

Yes, shortcuts. What do I mean by it? Well, when you want something really, really badly, to the degree where you would, perhaps, do anything to gain it/do it… It leads you to make some very poor choices to either achieve it (pretty rare), or fall even further away from attaining whatever it is that you want.

You guys, we’ve all been there. I have been there. I have looked at some of these weird, mystical and odd shortcuts, and wondered if it wouldn’t hurt to give them a try. I have talked to others who have tried to jump some of the steps – or force some of the steps on the staircase into existence – only to really confuse themselves in the end, and make their minds even murkier in the process.

As one Proverb states: “The road to hell is paved with good intentions.”

Don’t fall off the path, don’t quit, don’t go looking in dark places… The waiting period is the most wonderful part, as frustrating as that may sound. It is the very moment where real changes are occurring (on a deeper, cosmic level), when your universe is reshaping and trying to conform to the new life you want to live. That you MUST live, because you are meant to.

You can’t cleanse and absolve your past by any shortcuts. I mean, I’m in my mind-twenties, and that, in and of itself, implies that I have 2 decades worth of cleansing to do (when you really think about it). I’m not even counting other situations/events where I might find myself in that I might need to whip out Ho’oponopono for. I will gain nothing by trying to quickly glean over everything from back then and slap on a band-aid, just to get ahead quicker. One of the ways that the unfolding and the biggest changes occur for you is by FACING your past, forgiving yourself, LOVING yourself, and feeling good and comfortable with totally moving on and being in the present. You MUST do this, before changing anything else in your life for the better. That is how you help attract more love, more prosperity, and more success to yourself.

After doing some more research about Gurus that help you open up chakras and the third eye and say certain phrases in order to “make” manifestation happen for you – I only saw trouble. Guys, I mean, I don’t know how smart it is to go around forcing yourself to become more powerful. The easiest way for Infinite Intelligence and for Cosmic Energy to work for you, is to go through the first few steps I have outlined in my blog. By not skipping these steps, you are ensuring that your mind becomes clearer, sharper, and more focused, and that inevitably leads to all of your cells and your body energy to vibrate at a higher frequency, leading to results. Through diligent work and focus, you reprogram your own mind – and thus, your own world – and the plants do grow, and the flowers do blossom. They bloom. I’m telling you, it’s a thing of beauty.

I’ve been doing more research on all of the energy fields in the body, and how one can open them up so that they are “rewarded quicker”… and the downsides of it isn’t really explained in sufficient enough detail for me. There is actually very little valuable information to be found, that isn’t half-formed and simple personal accounts. There isn’t much pertinent and scientific evidence out there that supports the real good that comes from doing this. From saying “Om” until your Third Eye chakra opens up, or by doing any of the other numerous things that some attempt. (Subliminal videos with the sounds and frequencies programmed in it, for one.)

Every person has their own path and I wish every one of them well, in doing whatever it is that they freely choose to do, but while science does support that certain sounds said as a mantra – or written down, in some cases – help shift your energy to call upon whatever it is that you are chanting, I, personally, would rather keep a mental line of delineation there. I tried it for a week for the sake of science, to keep an open mind (so that I know what it is that I am reporting on), but I only felt discomfort and a sense of wrongness. Now, that might not be the case for you, but for me, it didn’t feel right. It felt as though I was straying away from my natural path.

Some might say that the discomfort was simply because I wasn’t as naturally “open” to it, or that I didn’t want to explore it – that’s not true. I went into it with my eyes both open – no pun intended – and really wanting to dig my hands in there, do research, read/watch testimonials, try it a bit, and figure it all out. What I learned, was this: Don’t force these things, if you aren’t in that spiritual place, mentally and physically. Don’t force a change upon yourself that your body might not be ready for, and consider unnatural. (Kundalini Energy is one of them. The dangers of that are murky and unknown, but it can lead to nerve damage? And other unpleasant physical reactions? Yeah, don’t force it.)

Do you know what some people, who have, for example, forced their Third Eye open, say? It’s really exciting, they feel as though they are at the right place, at the right time, more often, but some also report that they hear things and perhaps see things that they weren’t prepared to see. While some Gurus try to sugarcoat is as a gift, I don’t know how thrilled I’d be to start seeing spirits and having them come to me/talk at me.

Some Gurus say that opening up the Third Eye, opens up the entire cosmos/dimensions to you. That sounds, theoretically, fascinating. It also sounds terrifying.

Also, one other thing: There is not enough warnings attached to these practices, for people who might’ve accidentally stumbled upon these videos, articles, etc. to heed to. I like parsing things out and finding out all of the working parts to something, and for me, personally, the lack of information about these energies you activate that can possibly negatively affect you, makes me think it is perhaps wiser to stick to things that are easier to understand and that you have full control over; mentally, physically, and spiritually.

I have been wanting to post about this for a week, but really haven’t found the right way to say it, so that I don’t offend anyone who might practice this and feel no adverse affects. The certain lack of information about the entirety of the subject – Third Eye, Universal Sound Mantras and what have you – also suggests to me that the vast knowledge necessary to quantify and qualify it, is still in its infancy stages.

I just ask that you all keep your own safety, health, and well-being in mind, when you dabble with the unknown. I wish you all well, truly.

And, whilst I was writing this post, I remembered and searched through my copy of Wallace Wattles’ The Science of Getting Rich, and found this gem (the book covers faith, mind programming, and other wonderful information):

Also, postpone your investigations into the occult. Do not dabble in theosophy, Spiritualism, or kindred studies. It is very likely that the dead still live, and are near; but if they are, let them alone; mind your own business.

Wherever the spirits of the dead may be, they have their own work to do, and their own problems to solve; and we have no right to interfere with them. We cannot help them, and it is very doubtful whether they can help us, or whether we have any right to trespass upon their time if they can. Let the dead and the hereafter alone, and solve your own problem; get rich.

–Wallace Wattles, The Science of Getting Rich

And if you Google the book and author, you will find a free link to the book as the second link. I HIGHLY recommend reading it, dear readers. It is jam-packed with amazing and useful – life-changing – information that Wallace Wattles observed and wrote about in the early 1900s. It’s one of my go-to books, even to this day. Crazy, right?

I hope this information was helpful and interesting, at the very least, and helped you get a better understanding of the subjects. If anyone has any stories to share, perhaps of their own experiences, then please feel free to share. I really and truly want to understand everything that these subjects encompass, so that I can better help and inform people, in a more objective way. I love information, I love sharing what I know from personal experiences, endless researches (from scientific journals, published authors/researchers in those niches, etc.) and whatever else that might be available to me.

Love,

Ani

P.S.  I do believe in spirits and what have you, so that’s why I feel it is important that people get better informed. I also wrote this especially for people who are new to Spirituality, Mysticism, Laws of the Universe, and anything else that might pertain to those categories  – and they might be looking for an “easier” way of doing things or looking for shortcuts, without doing the research and taking their full well-being into account. It can be tempting and seductive to jump in without any prior experience and knowledge, I know.

P.P.S.  I made my mind up two weeks ago to finally learn to play the piano (I have been wanting to since I was a child), and my mom called me to tell me that she saw a commercial for piano lessons locally, and that she already called the lady – who sounded nice and accommodating – and set me up with private lessons starting next week! My mom also happens to know this woman from childhood, and she was a wonderful piano player (received awards, etc.), and… once you figure these things out, you realize that coincidences don’t exist. You create EVERY, SINGLE THING.

EFT: Emotional Freedom Technique

Or: Tapping

Emotional Freedom Technique: A psychological acupressure technique that is commonly used to “Tap” on energy meridians on the body, in order to treat/lessen emotional and physical problems. It can be used for a variety of things, such as: removing/neutralizing negative emotions, reducing pain, implementing positive goals, and whatever else there is that you want to resolve, treat, or implement/enforce.

Link: EFT

In the beginning, when I was just getting my feet and getting the hang of this, I would use a lot of the videos that Brad Yates and Margaret Lynch have produced/posted to get my daily dose of Tapping. I highly recommend checking out both of them, because there is a wealth of knowledge – and emotional and physical relief – available on their channels that they share with the public. When I was ready, I personalized some of the “scripts” – the things you say as you tap on the acupressure points – to better suit my needs. (Specific problems or goals I wanted to work on, for example.)

Here is Margaret Lynch explaining Tapping (or EFT) for those who want a more professional/thorough explanation:

I highly recommend EFT/Tapping, because it truly helps resolve and address some deep underlying issues (memories, thoughts, concerns, etc.) that you might have; it brings them to surface, addresses them, you forgive/decide to let go of it and no longer have it clutter your mind in a negative way. Or, if you want to make a positive change and have the message be cemented, you tap on the points until it “sticks” and any blocks in the way of you attaining that positive thing/goal is cleared away for you.

If any of this sounds familiar, it’s because it is. It is like a kin of Ho’oponopono, in a way. Ho’oponopono is broken down into: I’m sorry, please forgive me, I love you, and thank you. One must face and address any ill-feelings and memories so that the good things can stay, and get recorded in the subconscious, and then bring forth those positive changes into realization.

That’s the thing that holds people back. Using some of these techniques helps you gain as clean of a slate as you ever will, because your mind becomes silenced and no longer shouts the opposite of the wonderful things you are thinking/wishing for – if there is no negative emotion attached to these memories, then they hold no power of you, dear reader.

I digressed a little, but yes! I love EFT and use it fairly often.

Here is Brad Yates combining EFT/Tapping with Ho’oponopono:

I have not had any strange or odd experiences using these techniques, but in the spirit/interest of full disclosure, I found a website – while I was researching to get more in-depth info – that suggests that it is better writing your own personalized scripts and Tapping away on the points.

Here is the link: EFT Pros and Perils

I kind of think that the article might be a bit self-serving and sensationalistic, but I want you guys to check it out anyway. I, personally, haven’t had any strange problems when I’ve used Margaret’s and Brad’s videos. But once I’d gained a deeper knowledge of it, I did personalize the scripts and found that to be much more effective. But, yes… please do take your entire health into consideration – take responsibility for your health – because, as I have said, I am not a doctor. I am merely sharing helpful information, tips, and tricks.

Here is a link that helps you outline your scripts and personalize them on deeper level: EFT Tutorial

Anyway, let me know how it goes! I hope this information helps, and I wish all of you infinite love and happiness.

Love as always,

“Be open to everything, and attached to nothing.”

One of my favorite quotes by Dr. Wayne Dyer. I try to keep this mindset throughout the entire day, because it lets life and circumstances flow freely through you and to you, without limitations. It lets things change and morph naturally, instead of letting my perception of things color my entire world in a certain way, or limit growth. If you are attached to nothing, then you are free.

If you are open to everything, then Divine guidance is better able to direct you on a more prosperous, loving, and fulfilling life-path. The gifts and all of the powers of the universe flow through you easily, because you are open and without judgement.

Faith is essential. Hope is essential.

And to finish off this mini-post, I’ll add my favorite movie quote:

“Hope is a good thing, maybe the best of things, and no good thing ever dies.” (Andy, Shawshank Redemption)

I went to Barnes and Noble today to read through/take a look at the book that Dr. Hew Len had helped – through his participation – Joe Vitale write. It’s called Zero Limits. (Joe Vitale is an author of many, many interesting books and dvds – and his work covers subjects such as living a more prosperous/meaningful life by subconscious training/rewriting, to taking care of your finances the right way… He offers a few of his books for free, I believe, and I’ll link you guys to that when the time is more appropriate and we are further ahead in our course. Or shall I say my outline? Haha, this makes my hobby sound so much more sophisticated.)

First of all, it’s a great book that covers all of Joe Vitale’s conversations of Ho’oponopono through group training and 1-on-1 sessions with Dr. Hew Len (it felt like a bit of a blessing to be reading it), but also exactly how Dr. Hew Len goes about approaching Ho’oponopono in his everyday life.

One of the key things that stood out to me, was this: Dr. Hew Len considers himself and everyone around him to be a perfect being filled with with faulty programs. (Or as Joe Vitale calls it, “viruses.”) And even though he does take 100% responsibility for the experience and acknowledges that it is an unconscious part of him and that other person that has created the “problem” – the subconscious programs – the way he cleanses it, through Ho’oponopono, is almost more effortless and hands-off (if I can describe it that way) than I thought.

Dr. Hew Len acknowledges the emotions/memories/circumstances, cleanses them with Ho’oponopono, and then lets the Divine take care of it in a way that he doesn’t always understand. All he does is clean, and then have faith the Divine will see to the rest.

And it works, make no mistake. It’s just that, in the past, my understanding of it was a bit more limited, I think. Faith plays as big of a role as the cleansing. It’s about forgiving, accepting, LOVING, thanking, and having faith that the Divine Spirit will unravel whatever it is that you are dealing with, and cleanse it absolutely.

Anyway, just wanted to share! I was so inspired after I read it, that I had to. I’ve also been immersing myself in Pranic Healing – healing the body through energy applied from another person. It is a chakra cleanse of sorts (the certified healers read a person’s aura to understand their problems so that they can resolve them/kick-start the body’s natural healing energies), and then fresh healing energy is applied to the parts of the body that need a boost to speed up the healing process. I’ve been mainly sticking with Master Stephen Co’s teachings, and it has been a blast. Might share some information about it once I am properly educated on the topic. (I’d also love to learn the practical application of it, because it is so fascinating. Looking for certified classes as I type this.)

As I said in my previous post, I’ll hopefully be covering Tapping next. There are so many gifts in this world to share, it is truly amazing.

Love as always,

Ani

Or: I’m sorry, Please Forgive Me, I love You, and Thank You

Ho’oponopono: to cleanse.

This is the Number One Thing that holds people back from trying to change their lives in a meaningful way – in a way that sticks. It’s so simple, and the logic behind it is pretty sound. Forgive yourself for things in the past that you were at fault for. Forgive those in your past for hurting you. Sounds simple enough, right?

Well, Ho’oponopono takes that a little bit further. Not only does Ho’oponopono teach you to forgive yourself for your own mistakes – and this includes memories, thoughts, ideas, actions and etc. that have negative emotions attached to them – but also take 100% full responsibility for things that have happened to you that weren’t in your control. It might even be stuff that is happening to you that you are uncomfortable with/unhappy about right now. It might be your current situation. Now, that makes it a lot tougher.

Ho’oponopono teaches you that everything around you – every person – is a reflection of you. That the root of everything lies in you (good and bad). This means, of course, that if at the core of it, we are all connected to everyone and everything, then you have the power to fix your life in a way that is pretty profound.

As Dr. Dyer says, even at your lowest, remember: “There are no justified resentments.” Your friend might’ve said/done something to you that negatively affected you. Your mom/dad/sister/brother/boyfriend/girlfriend weren’t the best, and might’ve filled you up with doubts and thoughts/ideas that are unpleasant. The thing is, though – they might never apologize for these things. They might never give you the kind of emotional relief you are seeking by absolving themselves. You have to take it into your own hands, and heal yourself.

Dr. Hew Len says, “What is going on in me that I am creating this experience.” He is the current pioneer and leader of teaching the healing ways of Ho’oponopono. In fact, many years ago, when he was strong-armed into working at a mental institution in Hawaii, he practiced Ho’oponopono in his office so that he could cleanse himself. He looked through the patient files/charts – and the patients there were varied, but some were unstable and had done some terrible things – and started doing Ho’oponopono on each and every person. As funny as it is, he said in a recent interview that he didn’t do Ho’oponopono to heal the patients, but he did it to heal himself. If the patients were a reflection of him, and if his beliefs taught him that every person was a perfect being (in the Bible), then the problem was with him. He said that the patients weren’t crazy and bad, there was just a part of him that had made them to be that way. He took 100% responsibility of his situation, and decided to change it.

Ho’oponopono helped him cleanse his surroundings in such a way, that the workers all came back to work in a few weeks (they would call in “sick” often), instead of being frightened away. It cleansed him and his surroundings – the people, as well – in such a way, that the patients there no longer had to be chained and restrained. They were even permitted to go walking around. The patients healed, and instead of the institution having a 2-4 years turnaround time, the patients would be out of there in 3-4 months. They eventually had to shut down the institution. Honestly, that is so amazing that it’s a bit jaw-dropping.

So, the wonderful thing about Ho’oponopono is that you don’t have to wait for anyone to apologize to you. You don’t have to wait for something that might never happen. If we are all a reflection of one another, and if at the core, we are similar (and good), then you have the ultimate power – and this is a truly amazing thing you are doing, make no mistake – to take on responsibility for whatever it is that fills us with those low emotions, and through acceptance, forgiveness, and love, we heal ourselves. We heal our pasts. We even heal those people, in the process. That is how amazing Ho’oponopono is.

I used Ho’oponopono to erase and cleanse thoughts and memories from my past that were even tied to my time in high school and certain people there. (I didn’t know that some of those thoughts were so powerfully negative until I did Ho’oponopono on them. The relief was actually almost physical, with the way I felt so light and thankful once I was done.)

I use it to cleanse each and every negative thought and memory that pops into my head and slows down my progress and/or tries to change my mood. I even use it to cleanse my surroundings, sometimes. (A neat fact: inanimate objects contain energy. So, if you find yourself in a place that makes you uneasy, try to use Ho’oponopono to cleanse the energy there and put you at ease.)

The way that I normally go about using Ho’oponopono is by saying, “I’m sorry that there is a part in me that unconsciously and without meaning to created this problem/idea/thought. I’m glad that I now have the chance to permanently address this issue and cleanse it forever. Please forgive me. I love you. Thank you.” You can say this to yourself, a god/deity, another person, or whatever you feel is appropriate at the moment.

I do it often enough until I feel that the negative emotion attached to whatever it is that bothers me dissipates. I also do it when I am meditating, and my mind is more clear and focused, and I can go through each memory more easier/freer. I do it on little problems or blocks throughout the day, when I want to change my fortunes and make sure that I am in the best position to succeed. And funny enough, using it even on the most innocuous things has a way of solving your day-to-day problems in a heartbeat.

There is also a technique called “Tapping” that a lot of people do to help cleanse and clear themselves, and I’ll go into that in further detail in my next post. You can combine Tapping and Ho’oponopono and get even quicker results, if you really want to shift something in your mind around.

So, before you try to jump into a better, more wonderful future, you first have to take heed of the little anchors in you that might be unintentionally sinking your ship before it’s even left the harbor. That is the primary reason why some people never accomplish trying to shift their lives around for the better – because they have too many things in them that are hidden, unresolved, and simply ignored.

It doesn’t have to be a scary experience, dipping into your memory banks and starting the process. With some practice, it’s like looking through a photo album. It can be pretty efficient.

Remember: I’m sorry. Please forgive me. I love you. Thank you. Arm yourself with this, accept that there is a part of you that is at fault, and then cleanse it. Give yourself the blank slate that you deserve. Allow yourself to move on. We are all remarkable beings – accept that and honor that.

You might cry as you do this, and that is perfectly fine. That means your body is releasing the negative emotions associated with these thoughts and memories on a permanent, intrinsic level. It means that these negative thoughts can no longer make you sick, make you feel guilty about anything, and make you doubt yourself. Remember: Negative emotions can make you physically sick and even kill you.

Use Ho’oponopono until you feel that shift, were the chains are loosened and you are able to breathe freer, easier. My mom, who is extremely stubborn and is a master grudge-holder (and also happens to be sick), has been doing Ho’oponopono for merely two weeks, and just yesterday, she called to tell me that in her dream the night before, she shook hands with someone she had been angry at and betrayed by a few years ago, and told him to take care of himself. She told me that there was a really strange calmness to the entire thing – as she shook his hand, and he told her to stay in touch. She said that she wouldn’t stay in touch with him, but that it was fine. They wished each other good luck. I was floored. I knew that she could do it, but to have proof of her cleansing on a subconscious level, made me feel so immensely proud of her. Better yet, she was really proud of herself, too, and her spirit was boosted.

I’m sorry. Please forgive me. I love you. Thank you.

Take care, dear readers. Until my next post!

Love,

Ani

P.S. A link that you might find useful, even though I tried to cover the main points in my main post.

Okay. So I had planned to go in a semi-specific order and put up a new segment/part of “Detoxing the Mind: Self-improvement made easy via readily available resources online” every few days, but… I got sidetracked. In a major way.

I was looking for a certain meditation video that dealt with explaining time suspension. Obviously, you know how it goes when you are looking for one thing on Youtube – ten minutes later, you’re looking at funny videos of kids saying this or that.

Well, I came across Dr. Pillai and his videos. In his videos, he goes into detail about universal scientific sounds, full body meditation where “light” travels through the body and into the universe, Vedic astrology, karma busting, etc. There is so much to cover, honestly. I have been spending a few days comparing and contrasting the things that I have learned from other religions and practices to what Dr. Pillai teaches, and it has been fascinating.

If the very thought of Astrology and celestial power – Quantum Physics plays a big role in this, scientifically – is too much for you right now, then it might be better for you to delve into this deeper when I have covered more of the groundwork. You can skim it, though! Nothing wrong with that.

All I know is, once I feel that I am done analyzing and parsing out the information, then I will continue. And just so that doesn’t sound too ominous and open-ended, it’ll probably take another two days, max.

Here are the links I’ve been perusing for the past few days:

I know bits and pieces of most of his teachings from other sources, but the way the gaps are being filled – gaps I wasn’t even aware I had in my knowledge – is truly enlightening.

Until next time, dear readers!

Love,
