Hi everyone!

I have not updated in some time, but I felt compelled to spread the word about the dangers of you or your loved ones joining MITT, or Mastery in Transformational Training.

One of my friends, who was initially a client of mine and my brother’s, joined MITT (based in Los Angeles) a few months ago, so that she could kick-start her life again and make some significant, positive changes. She wanted to develop leadership skills and live a happier, and freer life, and MITT was supposed to help get her there.

Unfortunately, after many sessions with my friend, it was clear to see that the entire program was a pyramid scheme in disguise, and it was brainwashing and emotionally and mentally manipulating its members into losing their identities. They would verbally demean and undermine their members and get them to make other people join the group. My friend was completely drained and exhausted (her health was seriously plummeting), and after the our session last week, we finally convinced her to pull out of the cult-like group, despite the fact that she wouldn’t be receiving a refund of any kind and would likely get harassed via email, etc.

Do your own research and come to this conclusion yourself, dear readers. My brother and I get a very low, negative energy reading from the entire program, all the way to the owner in charge. They simply leech your energy out of you, and fill you up with programs that are hurtful for you and your loved ones, in the short term and long term.

With that out of the way, I wish you all well.

Until next time, dear readers.

Many blessings,

Ani

Hi!

This is my first blog post in many months – I haven’t even checked how long it’s been for fear of shame – and it is one that I absolutely and totally felt as though I needed to pen down and share.

One of my friends, in the midst of a crisis of sorts today, observed how I was laughing and skipping – I tend to skip, what can I say – and kidding around as I was trying to accomplish many important things in an energetically heavy and negative environment.

Out of the blue, she said, with some aggravation, “How are you so happy? How do you keep yourself happy?”

Even though it caught me off guard, it was a question that I truly wanted to answer in a way that would teach and be informative, but I didn’t have the time, aside from making some funny comment to make her laugh as I breezed on by. The question bounced around in my head for the rest of the day, though, and this is why I am now jotting it down – to remind myself of how easy it can be to choose to be happy, even when the cards are stacked against you (seemingly).

It basically comes down to this: like attracts like. If I am aware that a negative situation I am in is not conducive to my overall happiness and health, then instead of dwelling on all of the things that I am unhappy about, and that I don’t like… I choose to reaffirm my connection with my Higher Soul, feel thankful for all of the good in my life (remind myself of them), and shift my vibration. By practicing these simple steps, you change your point of attraction and vibrational alignment, thus attracting to yourself more favorable situations and outcomes (results, solutions, etc.).

Nothing in life is permanent. You aren’t going to be unhappy forever, and you are not going to be at the height of bliss forever – it flows from one to the other at different intervals, depending on how long a person chooses to suffer and dwell.

Every moment and instance in your life is cyclical. In Buddhist tradition, just briefly touching on the teachings of Buddha’s Eightfold Path, the entirety of the Universe and Cosmos is based on these three principles: 1.) The Law of Cycles, 2.) The Law of Change, and 3.) The Law of Karma (Cause and Effect).

Choose happiness, even if it is difficult – but especially then. Choose to shift your vibrational point of attraction to higher frequencies, because you deserve better that your past energetic patterns and points of attraction.

Will yourself to grasp onto better things (moments in the past or present, happy thoughts, or focusing on loved ones), and you change your world.

I will leave you with this quote:

“Just observe and be. Don’t avoid, and don’t indulge. Be a witness.”

It is the way to mental, emotional, and spiritual freedom.

I hope this was informative, ladies and gentlemen.

Until next time…

Blessings,

Ani

High Vibrational (Frequency) Energy Versus Low Vibrational Energy

So, before really diving back into blogging about health and wellness, I want to quickly say that because of the way my life has been unfolding for me, I am going to add different segments to the overall composition of my blog.

What that means is that I will be covering, based upon my own experiences, all facets of the energetic world and what happens when a person becomes higher vibrational frequency and starts to ascend from three dimensional barriers and glamours.

It is certainly going to be a change from all of the subjects that I covered at first, but in order to be able to feel as though I am being honest and helping, I have to be honest about the course that my life is now taking and incorporate these new elements into this blog.

I hope that this will help many people who kind of accidentally stumbled upon the path to Ascension, because there were many things that I had to learn the not-so-fun way when I decided to become a helper and healer of the world.

Now, onto the topic… high vibrational frequency versus low vibrational frequency.

When you get into the different modalities of energy healing, you pretty quickly start to learn – through touch and intuition – how different energy feels. For example, lower energy, to me (when I sense it with my hands), feels grosser and sends sparks running through my hands. It can also feel sticky. Higher energy is more pleasant, and to me, it feels like being enveloped in a warm blanket. If that blanket is an electric one and makes your cells almost vibrate like crazy because the rate of vibration for higher energy is much more significant.

In my experiences, lower energy just feels uncomfortable, as well. My senses have sharpened to a very high degree, and now I can even sense when I am around a person of very low vibration, or even in the presence of a low vibrational entity, spirit, or demon. I get the tell-tale chills and my instincts inside me will yell out warnings and tell me to shield and protect myself.

Higher vibrational energies, however, stand out, to me, in a big way. Whenever I am in the presence of a person who is of a high vibration (they meditate, do yoga, are also working on elevating their energies/consciousness, etc.), they are vibrant and magnetic. They are charismatic in a real, non-showy way, and you get drawn to them because you can feel, on another level, that they have a lot of Source running through them. It is the same for when I am in the presence of high vibrational energies that you might call angels – there is a buzzing of energy that runs through my entire body, and you feel a lot of love, peace, and light emanate from them.

I have helped heal people primarily by asking such higher beings to assist in the healing, and since they are so close to Source, they help in wonderful ways. Some amazing things have truly happened to me during the past few months, and one of the key things that has helped me significantly – from stopping at any point, due to fear and indecision – has been the fact that one of my loved ones recently discovered that he is a clairvoyant and can see energy clearly. The things I can feel and hear, he can confirm for me, because he can see them clearly.

I have been so blessed to have someone like him – who can see all kinds of energy so clearly – help me out and guide me when it gets very overwhelming.

But, for people who are not as lucky, I would strongly suggest reading up on/or taking some healing classes. I don’t know of what the other modalities entail – such as Reiki – but I do know that Pranic Healing courses have been truly amazing at preparing me to really get the details down. I am not commercializing them in any way and I do not profit by making that claim, let me be clear.

All I do know, though, is this: in order for a person to be truly healthy – meaning physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually – more focus needs to be paid to the energy body of the person, rather than just the physical. We are all energetic beings. We have auras, chakras, and souls. As Paulo Coelho said, “I’m not a body with a soul, I am a soul with a visible part called the body.”

Being healthy means acknowledging that we are all souls, first and foremost. The rest is almost easy, when this aspect of it is digested fully and totally.

One of the easiest ways to come to accept this is by learning a modality of healing. Because once your hand chakras become sensitive and are activated, feeling energy becomes almost as automatic as breathing. It is also like an insurance plan, in some ways. You learn the different ways energy exists and is, and can be manipulated, but on top of that, you can also learn cool tips and tricks to heal yourselves and loved ones. By this point, I can’t even remember how many times I have healed myself rather than going to the doctor or taking medication.

It helps you rely on yourself more firmly, and that is a wonderful thing, dear readers. If you have any questions about any of the things I have covered up until this point, please don’t hesitate to ask. If you have any experiences yourself, you can also share them here!

Blessings,

Ani

P.S. I ask that you simply not take my word for it, for any of this, in a way. I never really understood what Buddha meant until I recently had one of my “aha!” moments in the shower, and simply got it. Only through personal experience and looking inside yourself for these truths, do they really ring out with a chime of certainty and light. Don’t look outside for all of the answers – go into the heart for clarity and guidance. I stumbled a few times because of simply taking other peoples’ experiences as gospel, when I should have  sought out the truth in my own unique way. We are all evolving spiritually at different rates, so one person’s truth might not be suitable for you, simply because you are not at that point yet, or perhaps have even surpassed it. Just my two cents.

Do not believe in anything simply because you have heard it. Do not believe in anything simply because it is spoken and rumored by many. Do not believe in anything simply because it is found written in your religious books. Do not believe in anything merely on the authority of your teachers and elders. Do not believe in traditions because they have been handed down for many generations. But after observation and analysis, when you find that anything agrees with reason and is conducive to the good and benefit of one and all, then accept it and live up to it.”

Hi everyone!

Just a quick update to let everyone know that I am – gasp – alive and doing very well!

In a very sneaky fashion, when I started down the path of energy healing, I was, in fact, beginning my spiritual journey. It made all the things in my life that were not related to spiritual advancement take the back seat for many months, because the only way out was through. I am still in the process of maturing as a divine being, but I now have a better handle on all external and internal aspects of my life, so it seems as though it is time to share after much rumination.

I have learned so, so much, and the time I took off was to really get involved physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually in all facets of my development as a soul. Not a person, but an all-encompassing divine soul.

There are so many tidbits of information to share and teach, so I will as soon as I parse out things in their proper places. From helpful tips and tricks, to cautionary tales and warnings (because, let me tell you, it can get a bit scary at times going into the energy world to learn what you must), I have so much to say.

Hope you guys stick around for the ride! And that more join in and share their own stories!

Blessings,

Ani

I realized today that I haven’t posted anything in a couple of weeks, and wow! I was shocked, but I did have a good reason… I have finally taken the Level 1 Pranic Healing Class and got certified for it. 😀

In fact, I just took the course over the weekend, and it was so, so, so amazing. I believe that everyone should at least take the first level class, because the information is invaluable and can help you accomplish so many good things.

The lectures and in-class practices were very fun, and the instructor teaching the class was kind, open, and lovely. The three other people in the class were also really nice people, so the entire experience were more than pleasant.

I will say more about his later, and even talk about the power of mantras and chanting, but for now, here is the main Pranic Healing website link, going to the courses – some free, like the Intro ones – for you guys to check out, if you are interested.

Until later!

Blessing to all,

Hi guys!

So, last night, before going to sleep, I remembered the controversial – back then – technique that Hill used whilst meditating, in order to bring clarity to himself (his thoughts, actions, and ideas) and gain a different perspective on all sorts of matters – whether it was financial, spiritual, or educational in nature, it was a collective mindfulness that he was seeking.

As I have said before, I try to keep an open mind and at least practice the things that I choose to write about, so that I comes from a place of experience, insight, and understanding.

But before marching ahead, let me quickly lay out what the Counselors Technique is.

Invisible Counselors Technique: First, you identify a definitive purpose. It can be about accomplishing a financial goal, becoming healthier, wanting to know more about a subject, or what have you. It can be about anything that you want to know and getter better insight on, or get a different perspective on. (I read about it a few months ago, so if this translation is a bit loose, forgive me.) Once you have clearly identified what topic you wish to gain a deeper understanding of, you imagine calling up a group of 5-10 influential and accomplished people in the that area you wish to address. For variety, you can have each person be successful in one certain area or aspect. Now, here’s the fun part: You get to choose any person, dead or alive, to come to your table, with you sitting at the head. People choose Einstein, Lincoln, Bill Gates, famous actors and actresses – you name it. If you admire that person and want to know something that you think they might be able to expound on to you (or drop a hint on), then you invite them to your table. Now, it’s fine if you believe that the body and spirit both cease to exist when the body dies, because you can still get something from this exercise. You can still, in a meditative state, have deeper access to your subconscious mind, and have it throw up some answers to you that you might’ve forgotten, or not even thought of applying in a certain way. It’s win-win. You thank them for joining you at the table, ask your question, and keep an open mind as stuff comes to you. It might be just one thing, so don’t push and get frustrated. You can also go person to person and focus on them to see what they might say/impart. Again, you might get one thing or you might get several. Either way, thank them for the help and close the “meeting,” and try it again another time.

Last night, I invited Master Stephen Co (Pranic Healer), Dr. Wayne Dyer, Esther Hicks, Joe Vitale, Steve Jobs, and Einstein to my table.

I asked them what I needed to do, other than the obvious, to reach full financial freedom – my highest potential – doing what I loved.

Well, I was pretty surprised at what I got back. Let me write it down as such:

Stephen Co: Heal people.

Dr Dyer: Nothing was imparted.

Esther Hicks: Her voice rang out it my head, clearly, saying, “Teach people how to dream, so that they can become real.”

Vitale: Share what you know with people.

Steve Jobs: Nothing was imparted.

Einstein: Trace the map of the curve.

Now, I was amazed at what was imparted to me by Esther Hicks (or my subconscious), because it was beautiful, and sparked into my head by itself seemingly in a heartbeat of a moment.

Einstein, however, confused me. I know the Laws of the Universe and the energy field, but my real knowledge of it is, admittedly, limited. When I googled it in the morning, I found out that it had to do with time not being linear but actually being curved. It was pretty amazing, because, it didn’t entirely – at the time – feel like something I was controlling, as the thought came to me. I stuck with it and kept my mind open, as it trickled in.

In conclusion, I found it to be very helpful, and even comforting. I suggest you try it, because the answers or hints you might receive might be life-changing, and get you going again, if you’re stuck.

I, certainly, will do it again. If I can remember to, that is.

Love, as always,

Ani

EFT: Emotional Freedom Technique

Or: Tapping

Emotional Freedom Technique: A psychological acupressure technique that is commonly used to “Tap” on energy meridians on the body, in order to treat/lessen emotional and physical problems. It can be used for a variety of things, such as: removing/neutralizing negative emotions, reducing pain, implementing positive goals, and whatever else there is that you want to resolve, treat, or implement/enforce.

Link: EFT

In the beginning, when I was just getting my feet and getting the hang of this, I would use a lot of the videos that Brad Yates and Margaret Lynch have produced/posted to get my daily dose of Tapping. I highly recommend checking out both of them, because there is a wealth of knowledge – and emotional and physical relief – available on their channels that they share with the public. When I was ready, I personalized some of the “scripts” – the things you say as you tap on the acupressure points – to better suit my needs. (Specific problems or goals I wanted to work on, for example.)

Here is Margaret Lynch explaining Tapping (or EFT) for those who want a more professional/thorough explanation:

I highly recommend EFT/Tapping, because it truly helps resolve and address some deep underlying issues (memories, thoughts, concerns, etc.) that you might have; it brings them to surface, addresses them, you forgive/decide to let go of it and no longer have it clutter your mind in a negative way. Or, if you want to make a positive change and have the message be cemented, you tap on the points until it “sticks” and any blocks in the way of you attaining that positive thing/goal is cleared away for you.

If any of this sounds familiar, it’s because it is. It is like a kin of Ho’oponopono, in a way. Ho’oponopono is broken down into: I’m sorry, please forgive me, I love you, and thank you. One must face and address any ill-feelings and memories so that the good things can stay, and get recorded in the subconscious, and then bring forth those positive changes into realization.

That’s the thing that holds people back. Using some of these techniques helps you gain as clean of a slate as you ever will, because your mind becomes silenced and no longer shouts the opposite of the wonderful things you are thinking/wishing for – if there is no negative emotion attached to these memories, then they hold no power of you, dear reader.

I digressed a little, but yes! I love EFT and use it fairly often.

Here is Brad Yates combining EFT/Tapping with Ho’oponopono:

I have not had any strange or odd experiences using these techniques, but in the spirit/interest of full disclosure, I found a website – while I was researching to get more in-depth info – that suggests that it is better writing your own personalized scripts and Tapping away on the points.

Here is the link: EFT Pros and Perils

I kind of think that the article might be a bit self-serving and sensationalistic, but I want you guys to check it out anyway. I, personally, haven’t had any strange problems when I’ve used Margaret’s and Brad’s videos. But once I’d gained a deeper knowledge of it, I did personalize the scripts and found that to be much more effective. But, yes… please do take your entire health into consideration – take responsibility for your health – because, as I have said, I am not a doctor. I am merely sharing helpful information, tips, and tricks.

Here is a link that helps you outline your scripts and personalize them on deeper level: EFT Tutorial

Anyway, let me know how it goes! I hope this information helps, and I wish all of you infinite love and happiness.

Love as always,

Ani

I went to Barnes and Noble today to read through/take a look at the book that Dr. Hew Len had helped – through his participation – Joe Vitale write. It’s called Zero Limits. (Joe Vitale is an author of many, many interesting books and dvds – and his work covers subjects such as living a more prosperous/meaningful life by subconscious training/rewriting, to taking care of your finances the right way… He offers a few of his books for free, I believe, and I’ll link you guys to that when the time is more appropriate and we are further ahead in our course. Or shall I say my outline? Haha, this makes my hobby sound so much more sophisticated.)

First of all, it’s a great book that covers all of Joe Vitale’s conversations of Ho’oponopono through group training and 1-on-1 sessions with Dr. Hew Len (it felt like a bit of a blessing to be reading it), but also exactly how Dr. Hew Len goes about approaching Ho’oponopono in his everyday life.

One of the key things that stood out to me, was this: Dr. Hew Len considers himself and everyone around him to be a perfect being filled with with faulty programs. (Or as Joe Vitale calls it, “viruses.”) And even though he does take 100% responsibility for the experience and acknowledges that it is an unconscious part of him and that other person that has created the “problem” – the subconscious programs – the way he cleanses it, through Ho’oponopono, is almost more effortless and hands-off (if I can describe it that way) than I thought.

Dr. Hew Len acknowledges the emotions/memories/circumstances, cleanses them with Ho’oponopono, and then lets the Divine take care of it in a way that he doesn’t always understand. All he does is clean, and then have faith the Divine will see to the rest.

And it works, make no mistake. It’s just that, in the past, my understanding of it was a bit more limited, I think. Faith plays as big of a role as the cleansing. It’s about forgiving, accepting, LOVING, thanking, and having faith that the Divine Spirit will unravel whatever it is that you are dealing with, and cleanse it absolutely.

Anyway, just wanted to share! I was so inspired after I read it, that I had to. I’ve also been immersing myself in Pranic Healing – healing the body through energy applied from another person. It is a chakra cleanse of sorts (the certified healers read a person’s aura to understand their problems so that they can resolve them/kick-start the body’s natural healing energies), and then fresh healing energy is applied to the parts of the body that need a boost to speed up the healing process. I’ve been mainly sticking with Master Stephen Co’s teachings, and it has been a blast. Might share some information about it once I am properly educated on the topic. (I’d also love to learn the practical application of it, because it is so fascinating. Looking for certified classes as I type this.)

As I said in my previous post, I’ll hopefully be covering Tapping next. There are so many gifts in this world to share, it is truly amazing.

Love as always,

Ani

Or: I’m sorry, Please Forgive Me, I love You, and Thank You

Ho’oponopono: to cleanse.

This is the Number One Thing that holds people back from trying to change their lives in a meaningful way – in a way that sticks. It’s so simple, and the logic behind it is pretty sound. Forgive yourself for things in the past that you were at fault for. Forgive those in your past for hurting you. Sounds simple enough, right?

Well, Ho’oponopono takes that a little bit further. Not only does Ho’oponopono teach you to forgive yourself for your own mistakes – and this includes memories, thoughts, ideas, actions and etc. that have negative emotions attached to them – but also take 100% full responsibility for things that have happened to you that weren’t in your control. It might even be stuff that is happening to you that you are uncomfortable with/unhappy about right now. It might be your current situation. Now, that makes it a lot tougher.

Ho’oponopono teaches you that everything around you – every person – is a reflection of you. That the root of everything lies in you (good and bad). This means, of course, that if at the core of it, we are all connected to everyone and everything, then you have the power to fix your life in a way that is pretty profound.

As Dr. Dyer says, even at your lowest, remember: “There are no justified resentments.” Your friend might’ve said/done something to you that negatively affected you. Your mom/dad/sister/brother/boyfriend/girlfriend weren’t the best, and might’ve filled you up with doubts and thoughts/ideas that are unpleasant. The thing is, though – they might never apologize for these things. They might never give you the kind of emotional relief you are seeking by absolving themselves. You have to take it into your own hands, and heal yourself.

Dr. Hew Len says, “What is going on in me that I am creating this experience.” He is the current pioneer and leader of teaching the healing ways of Ho’oponopono. In fact, many years ago, when he was strong-armed into working at a mental institution in Hawaii, he practiced Ho’oponopono in his office so that he could cleanse himself. He looked through the patient files/charts – and the patients there were varied, but some were unstable and had done some terrible things – and started doing Ho’oponopono on each and every person. As funny as it is, he said in a recent interview that he didn’t do Ho’oponopono to heal the patients, but he did it to heal himself. If the patients were a reflection of him, and if his beliefs taught him that every person was a perfect being (in the Bible), then the problem was with him. He said that the patients weren’t crazy and bad, there was just a part of him that had made them to be that way. He took 100% responsibility of his situation, and decided to change it.

Ho’oponopono helped him cleanse his surroundings in such a way, that the workers all came back to work in a few weeks (they would call in “sick” often), instead of being frightened away. It cleansed him and his surroundings – the people, as well – in such a way, that the patients there no longer had to be chained and restrained. They were even permitted to go walking around. The patients healed, and instead of the institution having a 2-4 years turnaround time, the patients would be out of there in 3-4 months. They eventually had to shut down the institution. Honestly, that is so amazing that it’s a bit jaw-dropping.

So, the wonderful thing about Ho’oponopono is that you don’t have to wait for anyone to apologize to you. You don’t have to wait for something that might never happen. If we are all a reflection of one another, and if at the core, we are similar (and good), then you have the ultimate power – and this is a truly amazing thing you are doing, make no mistake – to take on responsibility for whatever it is that fills us with those low emotions, and through acceptance, forgiveness, and love, we heal ourselves. We heal our pasts. We even heal those people, in the process. That is how amazing Ho’oponopono is.

I used Ho’oponopono to erase and cleanse thoughts and memories from my past that were even tied to my time in high school and certain people there. (I didn’t know that some of those thoughts were so powerfully negative until I did Ho’oponopono on them. The relief was actually almost physical, with the way I felt so light and thankful once I was done.)

I use it to cleanse each and every negative thought and memory that pops into my head and slows down my progress and/or tries to change my mood. I even use it to cleanse my surroundings, sometimes. (A neat fact: inanimate objects contain energy. So, if you find yourself in a place that makes you uneasy, try to use Ho’oponopono to cleanse the energy there and put you at ease.)

The way that I normally go about using Ho’oponopono is by saying, “I’m sorry that there is a part in me that unconsciously and without meaning to created this problem/idea/thought. I’m glad that I now have the chance to permanently address this issue and cleanse it forever. Please forgive me. I love you. Thank you.” You can say this to yourself, a god/deity, another person, or whatever you feel is appropriate at the moment.

I do it often enough until I feel that the negative emotion attached to whatever it is that bothers me dissipates. I also do it when I am meditating, and my mind is more clear and focused, and I can go through each memory more easier/freer. I do it on little problems or blocks throughout the day, when I want to change my fortunes and make sure that I am in the best position to succeed. And funny enough, using it even on the most innocuous things has a way of solving your day-to-day problems in a heartbeat.

There is also a technique called “Tapping” that a lot of people do to help cleanse and clear themselves, and I’ll go into that in further detail in my next post. You can combine Tapping and Ho’oponopono and get even quicker results, if you really want to shift something in your mind around.

So, before you try to jump into a better, more wonderful future, you first have to take heed of the little anchors in you that might be unintentionally sinking your ship before it’s even left the harbor. That is the primary reason why some people never accomplish trying to shift their lives around for the better – because they have too many things in them that are hidden, unresolved, and simply ignored.

It doesn’t have to be a scary experience, dipping into your memory banks and starting the process. With some practice, it’s like looking through a photo album. It can be pretty efficient.

Remember: I’m sorry. Please forgive me. I love you. Thank you. Arm yourself with this, accept that there is a part of you that is at fault, and then cleanse it. Give yourself the blank slate that you deserve. Allow yourself to move on. We are all remarkable beings – accept that and honor that.

You might cry as you do this, and that is perfectly fine. That means your body is releasing the negative emotions associated with these thoughts and memories on a permanent, intrinsic level. It means that these negative thoughts can no longer make you sick, make you feel guilty about anything, and make you doubt yourself. Remember: Negative emotions can make you physically sick and even kill you.

Use Ho’oponopono until you feel that shift, were the chains are loosened and you are able to breathe freer, easier. My mom, who is extremely stubborn and is a master grudge-holder (and also happens to be sick), has been doing Ho’oponopono for merely two weeks, and just yesterday, she called to tell me that in her dream the night before, she shook hands with someone she had been angry at and betrayed by a few years ago, and told him to take care of himself. She told me that there was a really strange calmness to the entire thing – as she shook his hand, and he told her to stay in touch. She said that she wouldn’t stay in touch with him, but that it was fine. They wished each other good luck. I was floored. I knew that she could do it, but to have proof of her cleansing on a subconscious level, made me feel so immensely proud of her. Better yet, she was really proud of herself, too, and her spirit was boosted.

I’m sorry. Please forgive me. I love you. Thank you.

Take care, dear readers. Until my next post!

Love,

Ani

P.S. A link that you might find useful, even though I tried to cover the main points in my main post.

http://www.thereisaway.org/Ho%27oponopono_cleaning_meditation.htm

The only way to get you to understand exactly what it is that you have to do to change your life around at a fundamental level, you have to understand how the mind works. It is a must. It is the only way. Mainly: The Conscious mind, and the Subconscious mind. Some even group in a Super Conscious mind. (You will also be introduced to what the Alpha, Beta, Theta, and Delta states are – brain waves, essentially – and it will be a good introductory future segue into the next post.)

I will define them for you in very simple terms, because the very meaning and essence of them gets lost in medical/scientific jargon oftentimes. Basically:

1) The Conscious Mind: is everything inside of our awareness. It is the part of the mind that is aware of thoughts, ideas, and beliefs. It is where every emotion, thought, idea and feeling is analyzed and rationalized.

2) The Subconscious Mind: if the Conscious Mind were to be a teacup (to put it plainly), then the Subconscious Mind is the cupboard where that teacup is stored. The Subconscious Mind stores every memory you’ve ever had, including all of your experiences, the things you’ve seen, and it is innate knowledge. Going back to my previous analogy – the Subconscious Mind is infinitely more powerful than the Conscious Mind.

3) The Super Conscious Mind: it is tied with the Subconscious Mind, but it is also what some consider to be the place where pure innovative creation takes place. The Super Conscious Mind is boundless imagination and immensely powerful.

To truly explain the significance of what the Conscious Mind and Subconscious Mind are capable of, I highly suggest watching these four videos, featuring Dr. Bruce Lipton, Bob Proctor, and Petrie. It can be a nightmare to find the right videos to clearly explain the differences, without confusing you immensely.

I find Bob Proctor and Bruce Lipton to be the premiere sources in truly understanding our minds and ourselves better, and if you don’t feel like doing your own research and checking them out any further, then by viewing the four videos up above, you are already on the right path to changing your life around and tapping into something magnificent. You are already more enlightened and aware of yourself and your surroundings than most of the population.

This is the first step – knowing exactly what you are dealing with. And while it is a lot to take in, you absolutely have to just process the information and accept these things on an almost objective level. Many people – including myself – get fearful of the immense power they unconsciously wield, and once they are aware of it, they travel back into their pasts and blame themselves for every misfortune that crossed their path.

Learning these important, life-changing facts is your key to a better future. Do not blame yourself. We have all done some regretful things in the past and have had some unfortunate things happen to us, and the key to harmonizing your present with your past – for only right now, at least – is getting informed. It is by seeking truth so that we may have amazing futures, and have full control over it.

I am very proud of you for choosing to live a better life, despite any natural reservations you may have. I want every person – not enough people know, and that is the tragedy in all of this, dear reader – to be happy and prosperous and free.

And, once again, I am not selling anything to anyone. I am not affiliated with these people and their services in any way. I am only sharing the things that I found to be most useful and important when I was trying to change my life around a year ago.

Comments and questions are welcome. I am not a doctor nor a psychologist, but since I have been helping my friends understand these things on a deeper and a more personal level recently – I think I can at least put you on the right path to get the exact answers you are seeking.

Love,

Ani
